Cancellation Policy

• SUP Portland charges the full balance at the time of booking.

• Any cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to date and time of the rental will be refunded the full balance of the rental.

• Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental period will be charged the full rental price and will not be eligible for a refund.

• If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled rental without notifying SUP Portland, your rental will be terminated and you will be charged for the full amount of the rental.

• If you have an outdoor activity tour/rental that you are not able to participate in due to inclement weather. We will reschedule you if possible. If you are not able to reschedule then you will receive a full refund.

• Please be sure to arrive at your pickup destination at least 15 minutes prior to your rental.
